Worst community management I have ever witness in my life. Management doesn’t know how to control billing and maintenance at the same time. I have 18 pending work order FROM MOVE IN DAY. This apartment community was built in 1971 and has 2 stories with 408 units.
There are many comparable apartments in the area, most of which will rent for less to begin with. Don't make the mistake of choosing this one. Nothing but trouble for the past two years with two different property management companies. The property manger doesn’t take care of the residents and maintenance doesn’t either. We went without a/c for an entire weekend while it was 90 degrees INSIDE our apartment.

2 weeks after move in nothing is fixed i have 3 faucets in this place and not 1 works! We found used q tips, Popsicle sticks and other garbage all over the place. I have contacted the office and maintenance everyday for a week now and i keep getting told first thing in the morning first thing in the morning but no one ever comes. I do not think it is unreasonable to want running water, to want kitchen cabinets and drawers fixed so i can actually unpack my kitchen.
When I brought it back up with them they had just changed online payment systems and now wanted to tell me it was not their responsibility to credit the previous payments. In short they stole several hundred dollars from me. On a separate note, recently the water had been shut off for several days. Management went around and left notes all all doors saying that there was a water main break and they weren't sure when it would be fixed. It is also near impossible to get any maintenance help when you need it.
The only problem was that there was a mistake in their online payment system that had my rent listed much higher than it was supposed to be. After discussing this with management I decided to pay the higher amount so that I did not receive late penalties for those months. Management assured me they would credit my account in future months to account for the over payment. A few months went by and still no credit.
